In efforts to maintain our commitment to providing excellent customer service, quality products, and ensure the safety of our team and customers, the following adjustments will be made and effective immediately.

General Information

Orders ( including returned items) will be processed within 5-7 business days (not including holidays). Our customer service is available to serve you Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm EST. This does not include the time to ship. 

We know you want your order as soon as possible so unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order after it is placed. 

We welcome you to return your items for an e-store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you. 



We operate in true boutique fashion with limited restocks. Items sell out quickly on a weekly basis. If you do not see your size available, please sign up for the restock notifications on the product page. You will the first to receive an email if/when the item restocks.


Updated Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within days.  SHIFT StyleHouse will not accept any returns after days. Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via email.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SHIFT StyleHouse  and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 40% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, or sent back after the 7 days.

Swimwear, bodysuits, sale items, gift card, free or promotional items and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. 

E-credit expires after 1 year. 


Updated Shipping Policy

Covid-19 has caused several shipping delays across the country. As a result we are no longer offering express shipping at this time.  Our processing time is 5-7 business days. After which, all orders will be shipped through our standard shipping option.  Due to the uncertainty please allow up to14+ business days to receive your item. We will do our best to keep you updated throughout the process

We Matter Collection & Half Woman Collection Tees: Shipping including production time is currently around 14 business days. Some customers have been receiving in 10 business days. These products are made on demand and ship directly from our manufacturer. If you would like to pay an additional $15 to rush production to 2-3 business days, please send us an email at

PLEASE NOTE: If your purchase a t-shirt in addition to other items from the store, you will receive two separate shipments. 

Due to high volume shipping may take between 7-14 days. We will try our best to get items shipped as soon as possible.

International Delivery is currently suspended at this time.
