General Information

Orders ( including returned items) are typically processed within 3-5 business days (not including holidays) and depending on peak seasons. Our customer service is available to serve you Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm EST. This does not include the time to ship. 

We know you want your order as soon as possible so unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order after it is placed. 

We welcome you to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you. 

Free Shipping

All U.S. domestic orders over $75 (value over $75 pretax) ship for free from our Atlanta Headquarters. 

We offer carrier services from USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon weight and location

International Delivery is shipped via UPS or DHL  depending on location.  

Shipping Policy

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, but may be longer during peak season. 

Orders typically ship out between 1-3 business days (after processing time) and delivered within 3-10 business days depending on the carrier and shipment selected at checkout.

International orders are typically delivered within 3-6 weeks. Rate are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties. 

Inventory

We operate in true boutique fashion with limited restocks. Items sell out quickly on a weekly basis. If you do not see your size available, please sign up for the restock notifications on the product page. You will the first to receive an email if/when the item restocks.

Pre-Orders

In some cases we make restock popular items for pre-order. This will be indicated on the product description along with an estimated ship date. If you order an in-stock item along with pre-order, your entire order will ship once the pre-order arrives. 

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for a full refund. Items must be received within days from the time you received your order.  Any items received between the 8th -14th business day are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any items sent back after 14 days will be returned to the sender. Once your item has been received, you will receive an email within 48-72 hours to your original method of payment.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SHIFT StyleHouse  and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, or sent back after the 7 days.

Swimwear, SHIFT Home, SHIFT Exclusives, Pull Up t-shirts and hoodies, bodysuits, sale items, gift card, free or promotional items and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. 

E-credit expires after 1 year. 


***SHIFT StyleHouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen or tampered with packages. If your item was any of the aforementioned, you will need to file a claim with your local post office.
