We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also accept store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

How Long After I Place My Order Will It Ship?

Processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Orders can take up to 14-28 days to arrive after processing. 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Are you a drop-shipper?

Nope! We source from suppliers across the world, however all items are packed and shipped out of Atlanta in cute SHIFT packaging. 

Why does shipping take so long?

We've updated our business model to be able to offer MORE quality styles that you can shop and love by moving some products to a just-in-time inventory method. This allows us to reduce costs and space by not keeping so much inventory on-hand. Therefore, some items take a little longer to ship from our suppliers. Identify that are a part of JIT method will have a "see store policy" notation indicated in the product description. Good news, this is why we offer free shipping on all items as well full refunds on applicable items to help ease the pain of the lead time. 

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not.

How Do I Return/Exchange?

Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. SHIFT StyleHouse will not accept any returns after 7 days. Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via email.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SHIFT StyleHouse and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery,  if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Exchanges

For an exchange, simply email us at info@shiftstylehouse.com with your exchange request. There is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Our items sell out very fast due to high demand. On rare occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are very unlikely. However, if an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

My Item Is Sold Out! How Can I Reorder?

We restock best seller items frequently. Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size.You can be notified by email by clicking the pink “EMAIL ME” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.

Can I Pre- Order?

Pre-Orders are the best way to ensure your items are reserved before being out of stock. If you pre-order any items on the website it means you are paying in advance for an item that is NOT in stock to secure your size. Please pay attention to the Estimated Time of Arrival date before placing your order. The ETA date provided to you on the website is the date that SHIFT StyleHouse  plans to ship the merchandise to you the consumer. There are times when the ETA changes. As soon as we find out that information, we will communicate it to you.

If you place a pre-order along with an item in stock, your items will ship all ship at once when the pre-order arrives.
