Returns

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. SHIFT StyleHouse will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via email.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SHIFT StyleHouse  and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 40% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, or sent back after the 14 days.

Swimwear, bodysuits, sale items, gift card, free or promotional items and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. 

E-credit expires after 1 year.

USPS Express: $30 (1-3 Business Days)

International Delivery

Canada & U.K - USPS Priority Flate Rate: $15 (5-10 Business Days)

All Other Countries: International shipping rates vary deepening on location and weight of product. Shipping cost will be shown at time of checkout. Transit time is 5-10 Business Days. All custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

General Information

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays).

We utilize various distribution centers so some items may arrive separately, if you ordered more than one item in a different product category. 

ALL SHIFT GIFTS items are printed on demand. 
Therefore, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing prior to the item being shipped. 

Please double check your order details including items in cart, billing & shipping address information before confirming your order. Once orders are submitted we are unable to make any changes.

All regular orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
